1. About the game and these terms

Arrow Galaxy is a puzzle game developed by Yuri Zanatta under the Cactus Forge brand in Brazil. Contact: yzanatta@icloud.com. Website: https://cactusforgestudio.com/ (external website).

These terms describe use of the game and its features. If you are a minor, obtain the guidance and permissions required from a parent or guardian by law, the store and device controls.

2. License and permitted use

The app and its content are licensed for personal, noncommercial use under platform rules and applicable law. You do not acquire ownership of its code, artwork, music, trademarks or other content. Third-party resources remain subject to their respective licenses.

Do not use the game for fraud, unauthorized account access, distribution of unauthorized copies or malicious interference with services. Restrictions on copying, modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and the licenses of included components.

On the App Store, the app license also follows Apple's Standard EULA unless another valid license is provided in the store. These terms do not purport to replace that agreement or platform rules:

3. Progress and free features

Worlds, themes and stages have progression requirements shown in the game. A paid entitlement does not bypass those requirements. Local progress allows offline play; store and cloud features may require a connection and platform account.

You can customize your profile name and avatar. The name need not be real. In this version, it does not create a public identity, a separate Cactus Forge account or an online leaderboard entry.

4. Primordial Chaos + Remove Ads pack

When offered by the store, the pack is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. The amount and currency displayed by the store when you confirm are the applicable purchase price.

The pack removes banners and advertisements between stages and grants access to paid Primordial Chaos content. To enter that world, you must unlock Prismatic Horizon through progression. Once you meet that requirement, the first three Chaos stages are free even without a purchase; continuing into paid stages requires the pack.

Buying early does not unlock Chaos before the progression requirement. Optional extra-life videos, when available, are not removed by the pack and are not required to buy or restore it. Features that are not yet available do not charge you.

5. Payment, restoration and refunds

The store processes payment. Keep access to the purchasing account and your receipts. On iPhone and iPad, use Home settings > Restore purchases with the same App Store account to check valid entitlements without another charge. Restoration depends on store confirmation and does not bypass progression requirements.

Purchases and saves are separate features. Restoring a purchase does not guarantee recovery of a missing save. There is no promise of purchase or progress transfer between Apple and Android, or automatic access on future platforms.

Refund requests follow the store's channels and mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights where applicable. For Apple purchases: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ (external website). You may also contact us. A store-confirmed refund, revocation or invalidation may end the corresponding benefit.

6. Saves and synchronization

The game saves data on your device and may synchronize automatically through platform services when available. Synchronization is neither instant nor guaranteed under all connection, account or device conditions. Switching accounts or playing offline on different devices may produce progress differences; the game aims to preserve completed progress and select a consistent partial attempt without combining separate attempts.

Removing the app, deleting data or losing account access may affect recovery. Do not delete local data before checking that the desired progress is available on your other device. This section does not remove legal rights arising from a defect or failure for which the provider is responsible.

7. Advertising and third-party services

Advertisements and rewarded videos operate only in versions and situations where they are actually available. An extra life from a video requires valid confirmation of the reward. Advertising uses Google AdMob as described in the Privacy Policy. An unavailable ad or refusal of consent does not prevent continuing to play with the available free options.

Accounts, stores, cloud services and external websites also follow their providers' terms. The game's Privacy Policy explains data processing. A purchase does not authorize advertising tracking or replace consent required by law or the operating system.

8. Updates and support

We may fix issues, improve compatibility and provide updates. Supported devices and operating systems are those listed in the store. Online features also depend on platform services. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or indefinite support, but changes must respect existing purchases and mandatory consumer rights.

For help with gameplay, saves or purchases, contact yzanatta@icloud.com. Include the game version and describe the issue; do not send passwords, authentication codes or payment-card details.

9. Consumer rights and responsibility

These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies for defects, refund rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived. They do not limit responsibility for intentional wrongdoing, personal injury or other situations where the law prohibits limitation. Failures will be addressed according to each party's responsibility and applicable law.

10. Ending use, languages and changes

You may stop using and remove the game. This does not necessarily delete cloud data or store records. Unlawful use or fraud may result in proportionate measures within the law, without removing legitimate rights to challenge them.

These terms are available in Portuguese and English with the same intended meaning and scope. Portuguese is the default for the PT game language; English is the default for other game languages. Both versions are accessible on the document screen. Translation differences should be reported to the contact above and interpreted without prejudice to mandatory rights.

Updates will be identified by their date and communicated appropriately when material. They do not retroactively change acquired rights except as allowed by law. Brazilian law applies without displacing mandatory rules and consumer protections in your country of residence. No mandatory arbitration or exclusive forum is imposed to restrict those rights.
